The assessment stage is an important step to understand how you can strengthen your efforts. When making organizational changes, groups should focus on the most fundamental elements, those which will do the most to improve the effectiveness of the organization. These steps should be done up front, prior to developing a strategic plan or even looking for new board members. I strive to offer these files in two different formats (whenever possible) for your convenience.
